$120 per 50-minute session
I do not accept insurance, however I can provide you with an itemized receipt each month that you may submit for direct reimbursement from your provider. Ask your provider if they cover “out of network” services.
Payment is due at the end of each session. September Counseling and Wellness PLLC accepts cash, check, spending cards (FSA), Health Savings Cards, (HSA) and all major credit cards for payment.
Telephone calls between sessions that exceed 15 minutes may be subject to a fee.

In the event that you must cancel or reschedule your therapy appointment, I respectfully request that you contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If not, you will be billed for the full cost of the session.
